The adventure began at Prestwick airport, where the team of thirty six gathered to embark on their journey.  Boarding the first flight to Malaga, anticipation filled the air as they looked forward to the experiences that awaited them. Upon arrival, they were warmly welcomed by the radiant Spanish sun, the vibrant atmosphere of Malaga and the convivial hosts at their hotel in the centre of the city.

One of the many highlights of the trip was the culinary delights that Malaga had to offer.  The first team building lunch on Friday provided colleagues with the opportunity to savour authentic Spanish cuisine at El Pimpi, where they enjoyed a delightful array of tapas accompanied by locally produced Malaga refreshments.  A beautiful traditional Spanish restaurant set in the old part of town and which had recently featured on the Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean Road Trip!

Saturday was a free day for everyone to immerse themselves in the rich culture and history of Malaga.  From exploring the charming streets lined with quaint cafes and shops to visiting iconic landmarks such as the Alcazaba and the Picasso Museum.  There was something for everyone to enjoy.

Sunday brought a unique twist to the celebration as all colleagues participated in an Apprentice-style treasure hunt around Malaga and team-building exercise.  This fun-filled activity not only brought out their competitive spirit but also strengthened their bonds as they worked together to solve challenges and uncover hidden treasures.  The day concluded with a delightful lunch at the port, where they shared laughter and stories amidst the stunning coastal scenery.

As the trip came to an end, colleagues bid farewell to Malaga with cherished memories and renewed energy.  Flying back to Prestwick airport, they returned to the office on Monday morning, invigorated and inspired by their shared experiences in Spain.
