Responsibilities of Position:-

• Providing full support to Solicitor.

• Dealing with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

• Ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met at all times.

• Client liaison.

Experience required:-

• Residential property technical knowledge and experience.

• IT literate.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

This is a full-time position within our busy Ayr office. The secretarial support in the conveyancing department will involve supporting lawyers working on files, including letter/document production and file management. It is essential that you possess excellent communication, customer service skills and the ability to use standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office.
