Bio
Kirsty was appointed as Partner on 1st October 2023 and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department.
Kirsty trained and worked in two long established Ayrshire firms before joining us in 2016.
As head of our Property team, she deals primarily with residential transactions assisting clients in sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and transfers of title. With her knowledge of the local market Kirsty is proficient at negotiating on behalf of clients.
Kirsty also assists clients in Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing transactions including sales and acquisitions of farming properties and commercial premises, leasing of commercial premises and business sales.
Kirsty liaises with our Private Client department to support any property aspects of their work.
When not in work Kirsty can be found spending time with her two cocker spaniels and horses. Kirsty is also an avid rugby fan and enjoys travelling.
