Evelyn recently jointed The McKinstry Company in December 2024 as an Associate Solicitor in our property team. Although originally from Ayrshire, Evelyn moved to the Isle of Skye following her graduation from the University of Edinburgh in 2014. Evelyn has now moved back to Ayrshire and brings with her significant experience to add to our expanding Property team.
Evelyn can assist with the purchase and sales of residential property, title transfers, remortgages, and Deeds of Servitude, with a particular focus on rural properties. Having worked in the Highlands and Islands, Evelyn previously specialised in crofting law.
Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys spending time with her horses, and, when the weather allows, being out on the water on her paddleboard
