We are delighted to welcome Robert Kelly as Trust, Executries and Tax Executive, strengthening our Private Client offering across all three offices.
With over 35 years of experience, Robert is highly respected in the legal profession for his specialist knowledge in executry and trust administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and inheritance tax planning. He joins us following a distinguished career, of almost thirty years, at D&J Dunlop in Ayr, where he led the Private Client Department.
Robert is known for his clear, solutions-driven approach and longstanding commitment to client care. His ability to manage complex estates and advise on sensitive family succession matters with clarity and confidence has earned him a reputation as one of the most trusted professionals in the field.
A key strength is Robert’s in-depth understanding of inheritance tax compliance and planning. His practical experience is complemented by years of teaching with the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland, where he lectured on inheritance tax to students and fellow professionals.
Robert’s arrival brings additional depth to our Private Client team and further enhances our commitment to delivering clear, expert advice to clients navigating the often complex areas of succession, tax and asset planning.
We are thrilled to have Robert join The McKinstry Company and are confident that both our clients and colleagues will benefit from his expertise and thoughtful approach.
