The artificial intelligence tool will ease the process for clients who are looking to get started with drawing up their Will and offers advice to clients on what they should also be considering such as putting in place a Power of Attorney.

Relationships are still key but we understand that clients are busy people and may want an online service they can access from the comfort of their own home at a time that suits them. We now have an online portal which is accessible 24/7 via our website and is incredibly user friendly. It allows the clients to input all their personal information and gives us a greater understanding of the clients’ needs from the get-go.”

The portal guides clients through a list of questions which prompts them to input personal information and to consider important matters. Often clients come to the initial meeting and may not have considered everything they need to. This online tool allows both the client and the solicitor to be ready for the initial meeting.

Debbie added “ I think this tool will really appeal to people who are perhaps hesitant about contacting a solicitor in the first place and aren’t sure what putting a Will in place will involve. This online tool does not commit you to using our services and you can always save your answers and come back to it when you feel ready.”
